Who we are
Abreez Group is a B2B corporate gifts and promotional products supplier based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This policy explains how we collect, use and protect personal data when you use abreezgroup.com, request a quote, or contact us - in line with Saudi Arabia's Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL).

What we collect
Quote and order requests: your name, company, email, phone number, country, requested items, and any files you upload (logos, briefs, gift-box reference photos).
Account data: if you sign in, we hold your email, name and organisation to manage your account.
Newsletter opt-in: your email and/or phone number, only if you explicitly opt in - this is never assumed.
On-device browsing history: the products and searches you view are stored locally in your own browser to power "recommended for you" - this data stays on your device and is never sent to our servers.
Analytics: standard analytics tools (Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager and Microsoft Clarity) collect anonymised usage data - pages visited, general behaviour, and how you reached the site - to help us improve it.
Advertising: we use the Meta (Facebook and Instagram) Pixel to measure how well our advertising works and to show our ads to relevant business audiences. It records the pages you view on this site and shares that with Meta. It never records prices, because this site shows none, and it never records the contents of a quote request. You can opt out through your browser or ad-blocker settings, or through your Facebook and Instagram ad preferences.
Why we process it
We process your contact and request details because you asked us to - to prepare and follow up on the quote you requested. Marketing communications are sent only with your explicit consent, which you can withdraw at any time. Analytics data is processed under our legitimate interest in understanding and improving the site.
No prices, no commercial data exposed
Abreez Group does not publish prices publicly - every order is quote-based. Pricing, cost and supplier data are kept strictly internal and are never part of what's collected from or shown to visitors.
Retention
We keep quote and order records for as long as needed to serve you and maintain our business relationship. You may request deletion of your data at any time - see "Your rights" below.
Sharing
We do not sell your data. It is shared only with the service providers that help us run the service - such as hosting, messaging, authentication and analytics - and where required by law.
Your rights (PDPL)
Under Saudi PDPL, you have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal data, and to withdraw consent at any time. To exercise any of these rights, contact us by email or WhatsApp with your quote reference number.
