These terms govern the use of abreezgroup.com and every quotation, sample and order supplied by Abreez Group, a B2B corporate gifts and promotional products supplier based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. By requesting a quote or placing an order you agree to them. Our services are directed at businesses and organisations.

We do not publish prices online - every order starts with a request for quotation (RFQ). Each quotation states its own validity period, pricing, quantities and payment terms; an order is confirmed only once you accept the quotation in writing and any agreed advance is received.

Bulk orders are subject to a minimum order quantity (typically 30 units per item unless the quotation says otherwise). Single-unit sample requests are exempt.

You confirm that you own, or are authorised to use, every logo, artwork and design you upload or send to us, and you are responsible for their content. We produce branded goods only after you approve the pre-production proof; the approved proof is what we manufacture against.

Minor variations in colour, position or finish between on-screen previews (including the online configurator) and the physical product can occur due to materials and branding methods (printing, engraving, embroidery, sublimation).

We deliver across Saudi Arabia, the GCC and worldwide. Production and delivery timelines are estimates stated in the quotation and confirmed at order acceptance; they start from proof approval, not from the RFQ date. We are not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs or events outside our control, but we will always keep you informed.

You can change or cancel an order free of charge any time before proof approval. After production starts, changes or cancellations may incur the costs already committed (materials, branding setup).

Custom-branded goods cannot be returned for change of mind. If items arrive defective, damaged or different from the approved proof, notify us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your reference number - we will repair, replace or credit them as agreed.

Everything on this site - text, design, product photography, the configurator - belongs to Abreez Group or its licensors. Your logos and artwork remain yours; we use them only to prepare your quotation, proofs and order, and (only with your permission) to showcase completed work.

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any order is limited to the value of that order. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under Saudi law.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and any dispute is subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Riyadh.
